Part of getting older is realizing how absolutely insane it is that basically every form of media is constantly trying to convince us that the most interesting moments of the lived human experience are happening in HIGH SCHOOL…… girl who gives a flying fuck what 16 year olds are doing.
no but it means so much to me that kitty’s death was a complete accident. that no one killed her. that nothing was done maliciously. that she died happy and peacefully in her sleep. that she finally got the apology from her sister that she deserved. it means so much that this character who has only ever talked about her life positively and optimistically didn’t die of poisoning or murder but died completely correct in her assumptions that no one in her life would hurt her on purpose. and the fact that she can still look back on her death and not think of it as a tragedy but as lucky. and her silly spiderman antics i’m crying and throwing up
